Jared Garfield

 Jared Garfield, V.P. Acquisitions, Licensed Broker, GRI:  Jared Garfield is one of the top real estate investment acquisition and investment property trainers in the United States. He and his teams have analyzed, closed, renovated, placed tenants and managed over 3,000 properties in 5 states. Hedge funds with assets totaling $30,000,000 – $1,000,000,000 have relied on Jared for turn-key investment bulk packages, allowing his investors a great exit strategy! Having developed some of the top real estate investment research, scouting and analysis tools in the U.S., while also knowing market trends and cycles, to take advantage of market timing, Jared has built full investment teams in top cash flow markets. This superior knowledge came from extensive investment experience and successfully coaching over 1,000 clients, as they built real estate portfolios.

Mr. Garfield hosted “The Rich Life Real Estate Show” on Fox affiliate radio stations WDUN AM 550 and FM 102.9 for two years, and has been a frequent co-host of the nationally syndicated “Rich Life Show” on financial planning and investment. An often key-note speaker, he advises clients around the world. Jared spent three years working with Robert Kiyosaki training the “Rich Dad Poor Dad” coaching staff and helping clients build real estate portfolio’s. He trained and worked with the Carleton Sheets, Dean Graziosi, Than Merrill, Armondo Montelongo, Robert Allen staff members. Jared has run investment bus tours for “Millionaire Mentor,” with the guys from “Flip This House,”  and “Flipping Vegas.” Many of these trainers personally buy properties from Mr. Garfield, and he has sold to the chief provider of Donald Trump’s real estate events. In his 20’s Jared started a real estate brokerage, recruited & trained 42 agents. He has received many certifications in the real estate and financial services industries. Jared loves helping people exit the rat race, and is active in community and church service with his wife and five children.


robRob Fuller, V.P. of Operations:
Rob first started in Real Estate Investing in 2007 by finding funding for investment projects. Following the real estate crash, Rob purchased distressed assets and held them for cash flow. Since that time, Rob has built his business to where he has owned, partnered on, or consulted for over 300 real estate investment deals.  Rob currently leads the team at ROI Property Group Management, LLC, actively overseeing the company’s planning and growth. ROIPGM is poised for record breaking growth in 2016. Additionally, ROIPGM is investigating a number of residential and commercial real estate development and building opportunities in growing markets.

Rob Fuller grew up traveling as the son of an Air Force Colonel. He graduated Magna cum Laude with a BA in philosophy from Brigham Young University. His background includes seven years in Sales and Management for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries. He lives with his wife Nicole and their 3 children in Napa, CA.

 

adamAdam Whitmire, Director of Analysis and Technology:  Adam Whitmire is a third generation investor/developer with over 15 years of real estate experience with strong focus on investment portfolio management and international real estate market development. From coordination of large commercial and residential acquisitions to Institutional foreign fund administration, Mr. Whitmire is highly valued for his market analysis, investment advisory and negotiation skills. He has represented eight of the largest institutional investment funds in the U.S. acquiring and managing acquisition of hundreds of residential and commercial assets.

Adam is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) and Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS). He has trained agents in the real estate and financial services industry, teaching over 500 classes and speaking at 36 industry events across the country. He currently holds real estate, security license Series 6, 26, 63 and 65, and Insurance licenses and is a former advisor representative for Transamerica Financial Advisors LLC. Mr. Whitmire received his degree in web based visual communications, allowing him to develop highly specialized real estate analysis and acquisition platforms. His specialties include: market analysis and portfolio acquisition, training, business system development, with emphasis in servicing foreign clients.

Bringing his broad-based background and expertise from several professional industries, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s entire operations. An experienced communicator, a calm negotiator and a cool presence under pressure, Billy possesses the ability to make even the most unwilling person comfortable. Described by his partners and colleagues as outgoing, easy to talk to, loyal, selfless, focused, compassionate, brave, inspirational, Billy leverages these qualities to bring success and stability to the company. His level of commitment and expertise has enabled the company to dramatically increase production of turn-key properties.

Billy spent four years of his life overseas while his father was stationed in Spain with the United States Air Force. When the family returned to the states, they settled in the Bay Area of California where he completed his education. While playing semi-professional baseball and semi-professional soccer, Billy worked in the construction industry including crane operation and many other facets in the field, and he eventually worked his way into the office doing project management. Billy also brings experience in the financial industry where he provided guidance to numerous multi-million dollar business clientele, and high net worth individuals, as an assistant vice president for a national financial institution.

Billy has volunteered his time with local non-profit organizations like the Pathway Home and Wounded Warrior Project for Veterans, Napa Valley Boys & Girls Club teaching financial literacy, American Cancer Society, and more. Billy has a special place in his heart for the less fortunate, and he is always willing to carry the burdens of anyone lacking the shoulders to do so. Billy looks to use this passion to create a non-profit division within the company in the near future.

Billy has always had a special passion for children as well. In addition to his physical achievements in sports, he never abandoned his love for baseball and became a certified pitching coach created by the success of his high school and semi-professional career. Billy continues sharing his fitness and sports knowledge with the local Little League and youth travel baseball teams. He and his wife enjoy watching their two children excel in their prospective sports and educational achievements.

doyleDoyle White,  Director of Contract Administration, Realtor:  Doyle white has over 20 years of experience in managing large organizations and ensuring that they get results under the most strict of time constraints.  His experience includes quality control, production supervision, customer service oversight, purchasing and scheduling.  Mr. White manages teams of contract administrators handling hundreds of offers as they move from offer to contract and then closing.  His attention to detail, efficient management skills and love for working with people make him a huge asset to our team and allow him to oversee the purchase of high volumes of high return income properties.

capture Eric Dixon, Contract Coordinator: Eric  was born and raised in a small farming community in eastern Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology. Upon completion of his undergrad studies, Eric attended the University of Arkansas School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in May, 2015. After a brief stint working in criminal defense and family law at a small law firm in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Eric moved to California and began the next phase of his career working at ROIPGM. Outside of work, Eric enjoys being outdoors and keeping up with his beloved Arkansas Razorbacks.

At the age 17, enlisted in the US Navy as a Submarine Yeoman.  He was stationed onboard USS SCRANTON, a fast attack submarine out of Norfolk, VA. He was deployed to Central Command in 2009 and was a submarine Helmsman/Planesman driver. While on active duty he pursued and finished his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with emphasis on Business Analytics from Old Dominion University. After reaching the rank of Petty Officer First Class, he transitioned to the reserves in 2015 and moved to New York to pursue a sales career on Wall Street.

In 2016 he was accepted into the Master’s of Business Analytics program at Saint Mary’s College of California and moved back to California with his fiance. Fortunately enough, ROIPGM brought Ivan onboard in July 2016 and has pursued his degree while analyzing and acquiring properties with real estate agents, ensuring the highest rate of returns. He enjoys board games, video games and spending time with his cat Rhino, a foster cat he adopted while living in Harlem in New York.
